Emergency water-damaged ceiling?
We offer same-week service for storm and leak damage. Email rowanblake100@gmail.com for fastest response.
What Happens After You Send Your Request
Every quote request goes directly to our inbox and is read by a real person — usually within one business hour, and always the same business day. We're not a call center or a lead broker; the person replying is on the crew that will do your work. If you send us a few photos of the ceiling and the room, we can often give you a firm pricing range in the first email, before we ever set foot in the house.
For projects that need an in-person walkthrough (whole homes, cathedral ceilings, water damage, or homes built before 1985), we'll suggest two or three time windows in the next week. On-site visits take 20–30 minutes. We measure every ceiling, check for cracks and past leaks, look at your HVAC returns to plan containment, and — for pre-1985 homes — collect an optional asbestos sample if you'd like one. You'll leave the walkthrough with a written, fixed-price quote in your inbox within 24 hours.
Prefer to Email With Details Up Front?
If you'd rather skip the form, email rowanblake100@gmail.com directly with your address, approximate square footage, the year your home was built, and any photos you can take of the ceiling. That gives us enough to send a preliminary quote back within a business hour. We're happy to keep the whole conversation over email if that fits your schedule better than a home visit — many of our Green Bay clients book their entire project without a phone call.
Response Times & Scheduling
Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, we reply the same day. Sundays we respond first thing Monday morning. During peak seasons — March through May for spring listings, and September through mid-November for pre-holiday remodels — our quote inbox fills up quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the more flexibility we have on your scheduled start date. Emergency water damage inquiries are always answered first; if a bathroom leak just came through your kitchen ceiling, email us and put "urgent" in the subject line.
